# Everylot > Search used cars from selected dealer websites: price, miles, distance from your zip, and a direct link to the dealer listing. Free, no ads, no sponsored placement. Everylot (everylot.com) is a free used-car search engine over dealer websites. Each result links to the dealer's own listing page. Marketplaces and private-party sites are not indexed; results pages offer deep links to them instead. Free accounts add saved cars, saved searches and daily email alerts for new matches and price drops. ## Coverage and interpretation Inventory comes from selected dealer websites in served states, not every US dealer. Current coverage and availability come from the live search results, not this guide. Asking prices are not transaction prices or valuations; dealer fees, condition and availability must be confirmed with the dealer. A price drop means an observed reduction, not a guaranteed bargain. Car illustrations are generated from vehicle facts and are not photographs of the specific car. Listing pages show the price-check time when known. ## Pages - [Search](https://everylot.com/): free-text and filtered search; JSON at https://everylot.com/api/search?q=... - [How it works](https://everylot.com/about) - [Help center](https://everylot.com/help): searching, listings and prices, accounts and alerts, dealers, privacy and the API - [Contact support](https://everylot.com/support) - [All brands](https://everylot.com/brands): make and model directories with live inventory counts - [Buying guides](https://everylot.com/guides): explanations of prices, comparisons and shopping - [Sitemap index](https://everylot.com/sitemap.xml): canonical, indexable pages; inventory changes as listings arrive or leave - [Browse by make and model](https://everylot.com/used-cars/toyota): /used-cars/ and /used-cars// - Fixed searches: /used-cars-under- (5000 to 50000), /used- and /used--under- (trucks, suvs, sedans, coupes, convertibles, hatchbacks, wagons, vans, minivans), /used--under-, /used-cars-in--, /used--in--, /used---in--, /used---, /used-cars-in-; eligible pages appear in the sitemap; URL patterns alone do not guarantee a page exists - [What a model costs](https://everylot.com/prices/toyota-tacoma): /prices/- and /prices/--in-: median asking price this month, by model year, the cheapest on the lots - [Price drops this week](https://everylot.com/price-drops): /price-drops, /price-drops-in-, /price-drops-in-- - [Lower asking prices](https://everylot.com/deals): /deals, /deals-in-, /deals-in--: cars below matched comparison medians - [Dealers](https://everylot.com/dealers): one tree, broad to narrow: /dealers/ (a state's lots by town), /dealers// (a town's lots and the lots near it), /dealers/// (one dealer's lot with its cars, prices and this week's changes) - Every car on its own page under its lot: /dealers////---- (price, mileage, how the price compares with similar listings, when it was first seen and whether the price moved, a link to the dealer's own listing) ## MCP server Remote MCP endpoint (Streamable HTTP): https://everylot.com/mcp No key needed. Setup for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code: https://everylot.com/mcp-server Tools: - search_listings: Search used cars on dealer lots. - get_listing: Get one listing. - market_prices: What a used model costs. - price_drops: This week's price drops. - dealer_lot: One dealer's lot. - search: Search. - fetch: Fetch. ## Linking to results The API and MCP tools return canonical Everylot listing URLs alongside dealer URLs. Link to the returned page for the facts and comparison, and to the dealer for availability or purchase. Re-read live data for current prices; missing facts are unknown. Everylot is a search service, not the seller. ## API GET https://everylot.com/api/search?q=&near=&r=&pmax=&ymin= returns JSON with total, page, pages and results (year, make, model, trim, price, miles, city, state, dealer, url: the dealer's listing, page: the car's page here).
